The guy working the appointments is not a friendly sort. Make sure you're prepared to tell him exactly what you need upfront because he's volunteering nothing on his own. After searching online at irs.gov for assistance for more than 45 minutes, I WRONGLY expected to reach out to my local IRS office for a little help. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!! All you will get from them is an answering machine with LEAVE YOUR MESSAGE AT THE BEEP!!! I am so fed up with the IRS! The only thing I wanted to know should have taken a 5 minute conversation. THANKS FOR NOTHING, UNCLE SAM :(

Absolutely awful, nasty people. 57 years old I've worked since I was 15, always paid my taxes and their attitude was terrible. The web site is also awful awful awful. I hate the IRS
