Who are these people?? I even threatened to call their local sheriff and have him go and stir the pot. I agree...this is NO WAY to run a business. Especially under the umbrella of "Jesus Art". Very disappointing. Oh, and I can't cancel payment because they already drafted my account for the print I HAVEN'T received or received a response to all my calls and emails. OK...RANT OVER!
I ordered 2 prints from here in January 2015. It's now July and I still haven't received them. I have called the company and emailed them several times with no response. I understand the owner had medical problems during the time that I ordered the prints but there is surely someone else who can respond. I don't understand what's going on with them but this is no way to run a business. I've thought about canceling payment but I really want those prints and I don't know anywhere else to get them.
I am going to contact the BBB as well. And BTW, this is not Charles Holland, it is his daughter.
Like the other gentleman, I ordered a print the first of June and have n\yet to get it. I couldn't believe what I read with the other gentleman's review. Doesn't set well with me. I have emailed multiple times, called multiple times and finally I left a rather unpleasant message telling them my displeasure. I hung up and kind of felt bad for chewing them like I did, but now I don't since it sounds like others have gone even longer with NO response as well. I told her that I was tired of hearing this lame message and yes, SOMEONE ELSE could respond to the orders/business.
