Total rip off. I have now contacted the department of justice. a couple of years back I put a $200 prepaid on a plot near my husband, I changed my mind and placed a notice under their trailer door (yep a trailer) the following day within the allotted time required for refunds. They never responded not only that after 3 letters certified they still did not respond and took advantage of me. I am now taking the specific names of the salesperson and manager? and posting everywhere with this comment and more. Don't ever go there you will get screwed. I have already let everyone I know what exactly happened and show them the papers. The salesperson lives across the road near the Eye Doctor that I go too. We can say and review this cemetery everywhere.
