The staff there is the definition of GREAT customer service. They were very sympathetic to our needs and made us feel like family during such a sad time. They let us take our time with making the arrangements and above all, they listened to our questions and concerns and were genuinely sweet people. I would recommend their services any day of the week!!!
They were very compassionate when I called to get additional information about their services. My husband and I unexpectedly had to say goodbye to our sweet fur baby and they were able to answer all of our questions. When I did arrive at their facility they were very respectful and comforting during the entire process. I found peace in saying goodbye in part to how they treated our family and the care they took with my fur baby. They paid close attention to details and also gave us information about processing grief which I found very informative and helpful. I have and will continue to recommend Oakey's Pet Funeral Home to every pet owner I know.
