My first and only massage experience. It was pretty great, I had Jordan as my massage therapist. He was welcoming, friendly, accommodating and the massage felt good. His draping was awesome. Only critique is that he was a little gentle for me - I'd ask for more pressure if I went again. But I can't blame him really, he probably didn't want to do too much knowing it was my first massage.
Love the experience at Body and Sole! Penny and Tony are awesome! So relaxing and they definitely are able to work on the problem areas and help you leave feeling great! I also had a spray tan from Marla that was amazing and lasted a very long time and looked good the whole time. This is a beautiful spa!
Everyone is very friendly. The prices are reasonable. After getting massage here, I feel much better and more relaxed! Would highly recommend Tony or any of the other staff members, you won't be disappointed.
I have never been disappointed with any service from Body and Sole. I have had massages, facials and spray tans. I always leave looking forward to my next service. The staff is friendly and professional always making sure I am comfortable and as relaxed as possible. Highly recommend checking them out!!
The massage therapy I've been going to unfortunately closed and I wanted to support one of the wonderful ladies who was working there. She started working here and the reviews looked awesome. I was quite excited and made an appointment at 11am the following Saturday. First, I had a difficult time finding the place as there are no public signs. I called, I believe her name was Gracin, told me it's in the blue and white building. I found it and walked in. Secondly, there are a million hallways and offices with no signs. I called again after looking down every hallway for 5 minutes to no avail and got Gracin again who told me to take the first hall on the left and they're the second door on the right. I get there and the place looks great but I was a little frustrated as I was 15 minutes late due to having to call multiple times and hunt this place down. Thirdly, they tell me my appointment is actually at 1pm. I was shocked as the lady I had spoken to a week ago clearly said 11am. They 4 ladies at the front are just staring at me and they asked if i was going to keep the appointment. I basically told them most likely no because I was dissapointed on how they were not helpful in finding the place the three times I had called and my appointment was wrong. One of the ladies, Courtney, makes a face and looks away and says well I'm sorry about the confusion and frustration but the earliest we can do is 12:30pm. I was again shocked with how she came across to me as sarcastic and not sincere so I just walked out. She proceeds to call me and was even ruder. She talked over me the entire conversation saying she wasn't going to get in a debate with me and was I coming at 1 or not. Definitely not and will definitely never make an appointment here again.
