Use to b a great reasonable place but it seems everything is breaking down now days. Nothing against the owner's, it's the people who r now taking care of it

There were zero attendants there when we went on a Sunday. The number doesn't provide anything other than a direct line to a voice mail/answering machine. Place was messy, water all over the floor. ALL of the washers were not working properly and only about half of the dryers. We waited over an hour and a half for a washer to stop making some sort of error, called the phone number three times even. I had to pry a door open to get my clothes out just to put them in another washer for it to not work properly. On a normal weekday it is even the same way. The only difference is the owners are there to help. The owners are absolutely nice and courteous, but the other workers.....not so much.
A real dump looks wise. But a few great washers and best dryers in town if you come on a day when they have doors.
Never ever ever ever ever washing clothes here again! I'm stuck here RIGHT NOW with my clothes in about 7 washers. There's an error message on the washer, I can't get ahold to anyone!!!!!!!! This is very poor business!!!!! There is also no excuse for this whatsoever! Nobody has time to sit at a laundry mat all day! Steer clear of this laundry mat please do not put yourself through the stress of being at the laundry mat all day with owners who are probably sitting on the lake enjoying their families. This is very sad, at least have an emergency number! All these washers suck!
