Went in last week was waited on by a very rude woman who could not give me a straight answer about my issue it seemed I knew more than she did which she didn't take to well.I would love to see the hiring process for these positions especially the the ones who answer calls they definitely need to give classes in customer service and a little common sense!!

I went in on Friday at 1:30. I only had to wait 5-10 minutes for my number to be called. I brought the correct completed form to get my name changed. It took the employee less than 5 minutes to process my paperwork and then I was out the door and on my way.
Just have patience. Or if you can wait for a Date Call and make an appointment.
They tell you thing about your business there. They do not follow through on the information that you give them . They don't put the information that you give them in the computer that they supposed too. They will mess up your information. You will be struggling after that they will not fix the problem. If it was there information it will be a problem!!!! Slow doing their job.
Whoever answered my call was to me down right rude seemed to me kinda pissed off and scalded me like I was a child like I was in trouble and they was above me . I got the info I was looking for but the was I was talked to was B.S.
