Super disappointed, as first time I went shortly after it opened it was great. You name something bad about a retail experience, it happened. Including being ignored/felt like i was being an obligation during check out! With 5 associates standing around complaining about their job/ customers, place was a mess, poor selection, I think there was 1 other girl on the floor from what I could tell she was the only 1 actually working. For many women including myself, clothes shopping can be stressful, your experience doing it shouldn't add to it. Just sad. (Curious if this was just a bad day to go in, a management problem, or a corporate one, but will try to avoid going back anytime soon)
My wife loves this store. Great selection of clothing and the associates are some of the best I've seen in retail.
