Great shop! Their customer service is wonderful! Zombie, the shop security dog, is adorable and very laid back! I hadn't been on a bike in at least 40 yrs! Enjoyed riding along the Greenway so much that I went back the following weekend with my ENTIRE FAMILY and plan to go back again real soon! The prices are great and they set the bikes up just right!
Stopped in to have my tires checked after pulling my bike out of the garage for the first time in a year. Picked this shop because of their website and was not disappointed. Not only did they take care of the minor issue right away, they were so polite while doing it. Plus - I love a shop supervised by a dog as laid back as Zombie.
This shop is fairly priced and owned and run by one of the best bike mechanics in the Blue Ridge. They have helped me out with everything from flat tires to a warranty situation on a stripped ebike motor axle. Always reasonable prices, friendly, and eager to help.
