Was 2 days late on a payment because of my work schedule and was harassed by multiple calls and voicemails. Also, set my payment arrangement to weekly when I clearly said bi weekly. Worst company to rent from, I told them to come and get there furniture 2 weeks after I got it. Don't waste your time or money going here.
Today 10/25/17 I’m picking up a desk top computer that Stephanie worked for 2 days to get from another location making sure it was what I really wanted.
We now own our Bedroom furniture, living room furniture, and currently paying on TV and surround sound system that Stephanie transferred from another location because I wanted that particular one. We also upgraded our 55” tv we are paying on to a 65” that we wanted. Where else can you do that.
There merchandise is more expensive then if you go to a furniture store for the same product, but my partner and I just moved and didn’t have the money to furnish our home, but they saved us with their payment option as we use our now owned furniture.

Worst service you will ever get. Chose furniture on 25th and got delivered it on 2nd and they charge for keeping it on store . Suppose to delivered on 1st of month and it was postponed, then they told to deliver at time 5:00 pm but when called the store there are rude manager giving explanation that it will be delivered after 7:00 pm and it will be done if I want it then or else they don't care about it. They don't really care about customer service and only want to swipe your card and take money without any furniture. After this the bed needs to be delivered is Broken and will be delivered after another 2 weeks, but payment needs to be done without delivery of furniture. So first three weeks payment without furniture.Don't deserve 1 star also.
My Rent-A-Center on 601 21st St. NW, Roanoke, VA has been fair with me & when my barely used washer started acting up, they just brought me a BRAND NEW SET & the payment went down $12 a month!
Deal with 21st street location and have been for 3 years. Ran into a few rough weeks and they called frequently, however we spoke to Stephanie and she went out of her way to help us.
