It's a key kiosk not a locksmith and if you call the toll free number they take your credit card over the phone and call a local locksmith the same thing you can do the only difference is they double the price... they also overcharge and make people wait forever so they can find a local locksmith. Call a local company not this scam.
Just FYI, this is a self service kiosk in Wal-Mart in the 24-7 left entrance. It can cut basic house keys only. It's inexpensive though, and you can get the super light type to save weight on your keychain. For car keys, you'd need to go to Lowe's next door or a locksmith.
