We have purchased 4 dogs from Puppy Love over the past 2 years. One for my son, 2 for my mother and I for my husband and I. Obviously we love Puppy Love or we wouldn't keep coming back! Everyone is always so eager to help and so pleasant to deal with. Since we have always paid cash we have always gotten a better deal on our dogs!! Puppy Love has excellent customer service, they are able to answer any questions you may have. They genuinely care about the puppies and their needs. All their puppies are well taken care of and very healthy. I enjoy going in Puppy Love Everytime and always have outstanding experiences.
I can’t believe people spend 2,000 dollars on a puppy here when there’s hundreds in the pound needing homes! They get their dogs from breeders for one, which means they breed the hell out of dogs which in my opinion is wrong. And they really just want your money here. You have to pay just to hold one.. save your 2,000 dollars and go get a dog that’s has been neglected and needs a home for about 50 dollars. They have puppies at the rspca all the time, if you absolutely have to have a puppy. Go get a dog that needs a home. Places that breed the hell out of these poor dogs should be shut down, it’s killing the moms breeding them so much. All they want is your money. They could care less about the puppies. If they did they wouldn’t be breeding them so much! So please go rescue puppies/dogs. It’s cheaper and you can also foster before you even spend money on them to see if the dog is the right one for you! Also like I said earlier they have puppies all the time! Thank you!
Friendly staff answered many questions about the for-sale puppies. Store was clean and puppies looked happy and healthy. Other staff helped me select goods for my future puppy. Great selection of pup supplies. All we're friendly and pleasant.
Like me, you may have always heard to never buy a puppy from a pet shop and may be hesitant. But I fell in love with one particular little puppy so I had to find out more. First of all, the puppies look very healthy and happy. Second, there was a detailed description of the local breeder the puppies came from which made all the difference! Third, it is evident that they care about their puppies even after you take them home. They give you instructions on how to to take care of a new puppy and send you home with a supply of some of the essentials. They also checked in several times after we took her home. I would definitely consider buying from this shop again in the future and will be recommending to my friends. This is no ordinary pet shop! They go above and beyond!
