Edit: The staff there was very polite and helpful. I just think the center needs to get better cooperation with insurance companies, who don't seem to know what to make of this new system. Perhaps it will improve in time.
This center serves no purpose but to save the police department money. It does nothing for those involved other than add extra steps of aggravation and inconvenience. After being rear-ended, I was forced to take a day off of work to go here and am still battling insurance companies two weeks later. If given a choice, DO NOT use this center.
Do not use this place after an accident, make sure to get the cops to write up a ticket and go to court that is the only way you will get anything done. It took me 3 trips and 5 phone calls by myself and multiple by my insurance company to get the information from them that they are suppose to supply once it is reported to them. They claim that after you report it that you can not get a copy nor do they let your insurance company have any copies unless they are partnered with them and it seems as if most of the insurance companies do not want to partner with them because of this. Poor customer service as well! I called and left a message for the manager to call me and 3 days later after showing up face to face the girl came running stating she took the message and was working on getting it to the manager, what a joke!! Do yourself a favor and get the ticket and go to court!!
