My mom called in to order chicken broth for my brother who has a broken jaw and is on a liquid diet. He ordered chicken broth form there over the weekend and loved it so we got it today for his birthday. When my mom got there they told her that her ordered had not been placed and when she asked for a manager the cashier ignored. Finally she got the food and came home. Later, we realized they had given us French Onion broth so we drove back out to exchange it. The same employees were there and were VERY rude and unhelpful. The manager told us they did not have a chicken broth they could give us and eventually we settled on just chicken noodle soup while the cashier, who's friends were standing at the register, that we should have to pay for coming all the way out there to get a different soup and that we were being ridiculous. My mom and I never said anything because she wasn't worth our time and we just wanted to get home and eat. We will not be returning to this Panera until they get their act together.

Just go to McDonald's, at least you know what your getting. Look this is just another fast food place. Not a deli not a real restaurant and not very good. Black Slimy avacado, raw soggy bacon, old rotten tomatoes, soggy bread and no Basil. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig. Slowest service on the planet 15 minutes to order then 55 minutes to get one sandwich at 1:30 in the afternoon not even lunch rush. Slow Slow and Slow.

They cant find an order for you". Eventually the manager came out and was able to resolve the issue. At 5:30 I left with an order. When i got home i realized it was the wrong food. I returned to the store where the manager got an attitude with me. The cashier, who was talking with some friends who had come to visit, told the manager i needed to re-pay for the soup. This is the same location that ran out of lettuce a few weeks ago. How do you run out of an ingredient that makes up 1/3 of your menu?? The staff is very unprofessional - I will not go back to this location.
Relativy short wait after placing ordering at counter. Hot food hot, cold food cold, just perfect... Just what the doctor ordered!
Only 3 stars because the girl messed up my order (a basic pick 2 but I asked for dressing on the side an an apple). Thankfully the guy serving food hooked it up with 2 bags of chips so I won't complain. Oh they also took a solid 15 minutes to make even though there wasn't a line. Not sure what's going on in the back but they could improve their service and efficiency.
I called to place an order to be picked up later in the day (5:00pm). I got to the cafe at a little after 5:00 - my order was not ready. The cashier said there was no order for me. She went away for a bit. She came back to the register saying there was no order for me. i offered to tell her what i ordered, she said "I don't need to know what you ordered.
Would definitely recommend to a friend!!
