13hrs later and I'm still not loaded. I was 45min early, 3hrs after checking in I finally got a door, 10hrs after that they finally start loading me. Slowest shipper ever. Lots of product sitting on the dock floor, but none of it appears to go on anyone's truck. Avoid at all costs!
Not good ladies and gentlemen I think this is my second review ever and I'm a pretty reasonable patient person and had I remembered this place I would have never booked this load loaded here last winter took 6 hours and to make my delivery I had to drive all night with zero sleep so here I sit same place had a 6 p.m. appointment last night it is now 10 a.m. still not loaded was supposed to deliver tonight 700 miles away in Massachusetts which I will not be able to make so have to reschedule to deliver Sunday night now with that being said I normally would have hightailed it long time ago but of course being that it's Friday the only loads I can find only deliver up in the Northeast on Sunday or Monday anyway so kind of on the hook here. Not to mention they have lied to me multiple times trying to keep me from pulling out on the load which has worked I guess because I'm still here. There is no excuse for dishonesty and I know these places can only do what they can do and a lot of times it's out of their control but to deceive a carrier truck driver broker to keep them on the hook is disgraceful now if they had told the broker that this load will not be ready till today they could have rescheduled found another truck instead of tying me up totally disrupting my schedule and costing me a a few thousand dollars in Lost Revenue I would have been home tonight or Saturday morning spend Saturday and Sunday with family and friends and ready to reload Monday of course now I won't be home until Monday anyway you all know how it works so beware
Had 23:00 appointment arrived at 15:45 was out less than 2 hours .Very nice lady working in the shipping office as well.
Our appointment time was 4pm (2-29-16) yesterday. We showed up around 11am & went to check in with the shipping office just to see if they might be able to work us in early. We were very rudely told to leave & they'd call us when they had a door for us. Then the "very nice" lady told us to park off the property. Well......here we are over 24 hours later & they FINALLY started to load us at 4:38pm today (3-1-16)! They had us sitting at this dock for over 4 hours before loading us! Every time my husband went in to ask when we were getting loaded the "very nice" lady told him "you need to get outta my office, now!" They are nothing but a bunch of lazy good-for-nothing a**holes! Whatever you do don't haul anything for them! Complete trash running this place! NEVER AGAIN!!!
The negative reviews below happened when we were switching computer programs. Unfortunately during that time there were a lot of glitches which caused a back up in loading truckers out. We have since fixed the issues and are back to normal.
