Angus Steak cooked as asked. Delicious. Steamed broccoli good. Mac and cheese good. Fast service. Polite and nice waitress.

The steak was nicely cooked tender and made to order. The salad was small but very good and the Waiter was responsive and kept my water full. I couldn’t ask for more.
A little pricey but good food and atmosphere would revisit on occasions
Came in after 9 pm as I got into town on business and, even though it was late, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The center cut chops and au gratin potatoes were both excellent. My server, Savannah, was super friendly and quite attentive. I will definitely be back when I am in the area again!
After many visits, we have decided tonight will be our last. Things have been inconsistent with service in the past, but overall we have been pleased until the last 3 times dining here. There has been disappointing dishes served each time and tonight was the worst. The night started with our server walking away with an attitude when my wife couldn't decide what her second side would be. Once food was ordered, appetizers weren't served with plates, drinks weren't refilled, bread was never brought, salads weren't served (manager did remove from the bill), my wife was given a sirloin although she ordered a filet (admitted by the waitress that brought the food, but denied by the manager). The other meals were very mediocre, with the exception of the Hawaiian pork tenderloin which was very good. It was obvious the manager didn't have a sincere concern for resolving the problem. Shakers is more expensive than the chain restaurants, but we never minded because wait times were shorter and the food was always above average. This is certainly not the case anymore.
