Will never shop at jcpenny ever we'll never really did as don't have anything belk is a lot better but grandma bought my daughter pair of shoes as birthday gift so didn't have recipt she paid fifty dollars for the shoes. Only wanted an exchange my husband took the shoes for a exchange for only a pair of shoes 19.99 didn't want the difference which the tags were still on the shoes saying 50$ he brought them straight in the store and went straight to the counter at the door
Once again as always Peggy in the salon did an outstanding job with the cut and color I had done today. Also Gwen gave me an awesome gel manicure I live for. Perfect results every time. I highly recommend them!!!!
The salon Peggy she's wonderful. Great hair stylist. cuts my hair all the time and my uncle's. Great for the money.

While the staff was nice the store was a wreck. It needs to be renovated and the stock needs to be nicely placed on the shelves, not thrown around on the floor.
