The customer service here is terrible.Rude staff and manager. Would advise to go to anywhere but here. This store is just beyond terrible. I had to wait 30 minutes just for check out and the workers looked as if they did not want to assist us carrying our item out. It is unbelievable how terrible it is here. Please go to a different store

Average store. Not the best customer service. Their phone-etiquette was absolutely terrible. Guy answers the phone "What ya need?" Hi is this Harbor Freight Tools? "Yeah!! What ya need?" I would like to ask.... "Hold on. Got another call" ....Dead silence. Then I was disconnected. What the heck?

China tools, what do you expect! Tools and parts quality well below average, but if you just need some bang around tools I would recommend these, if they break or lost then no big loss in the billfold.

Strolling through the store looking for an item i was having a hard time finding. Found "jason" who stated he was the manager who was terribly rude and didnt care to do his job and help me find my item. The next trip i see the same "jason" the apparent manager treating his staff like garbage and getting rude with them in front of CUSTOMERS. Isnt it illegal to be demeaned at work? I think they need a new manager to replace "jason".

If you need a cheap tool in a pinch harbor freight probably has you covered. All of the electric tools have a limited shelf life of you use them to capacity, but if you run the machines slow thru last a while. Never had a problem with their hand tools. Staff here is hit and miss. Some are eager to help. Roadway access to this place is tricky.
