Great customer service by Kyle! One older gentleman (employee) was constantly talking and yapping to a customer about something that had nothing to do with the business of Lowes. A young man named Kyle was very helpful in assisting me and locating the flashlights that I needed for Father's Day. He was very efficient and I appreciated him stepping out of his way to help me and then Miss Judy at the cashier's register called me over to her station to check me out when I did not see that she was available. (And I got some great deals at the clearance racks!)
I came to Lowe's shopping for several items. One of witch was going to be a future purchase.
If you purchase appliances here and want things to go smoothly PLEASE run as far away as possible! My first purchase of a refrigerator took 2 months to arrive! They said a couple of weeks, please do not believe it! My second appliance purchase and delivery was such a major screw up that I will never step foot in LOwes
I keep coming back to Lowe's because I have found their sales staff ready to help and it seems they almost always know what they are talking about. And, lastly I was a Combat Medic in ths United States Army and I like the way this national, giant company honors us for our service.
As usual, lots of things to fix my house with. Also a really good deal on an orchid that's past blooming!
Helpful staff back at the area of the store where items were. Checkout lady was very rude about the fact I didn't want to buy a warranty for a battery powered lawn trimmer because "it will reimburse 50% of the cost to replace spark plugs" and got testy when I refused to give my phone number. Started with the scare tactic of losing my receipt and such and got particularly pissed when I told her I digitize my receipts immediately post purchase.
