I waited nearly an hour for my food and when it arrived at my table it was cold. They also had forgot about my table because a table that had arrived later than my table got their food before we did. The store at tanglewood is 5 times better in anyway imaginable. Will not be visiting this biffalo wild wings agian.
Just came from this restaurant. And I am left with a question that maybe someone can answer. Is it better to have to wait a little longer then normal for a table to get an order of 5 wings and onion rings or is it better to get the table almost immediately and then have to wait almost an hour for the same order before you decide that even after the wait it would still be faster to get up and go to McDonald's and get a cheeseburger this is the third time in as many visits that this is happened so maybe this is a question that would be better ask to their regional office
Great food. Great drinks. Just bring friends and you're set!
The food was good but we specifically ordered online in advance so we could just pick up and watch the game at home. We waited at least 30 minutes AFTER the estimated time that we were given online for our food. The hostesses and waitresses just hung out and gossiped while sitting and laying on the counters. We watched half of the first quarter while standing at the counter. We will continue to drive across the city to the other BWW just for better service.
I was there September 10th and had the worst service ever! I told my waitress I want my wings well done and that did not happen! I had to get the attention of another waitress to assist me about my wing because my waitress was smiling up in some guys face. I then asked my waitress for the receipt she never came back with the receipt since I paid in cash and it took forever for her to bring new wings out. The sad thing is when I was in there during that time of the football game it was not even crowded so there was no excuse! Very disappointed
