Had a reservation for 7:45pm didn't get seated for an hour. Didn't get served our food for almost another hour. My order was wrong and it took them another 15 min to figure out what was wrong by that time I was so mad and hungry I ate what I didn't order. The manager was happy to give me my meal for half price. They did still charge me for my original meal which was more expensive than what I got to eat.... I have never had such a bad experience at a Longhorn Steak house. They are usually my go to place to eat.

My husband and I just at there. It took forever ever for them to bring out salads which were very good, but they brought our steaks not 30 seconds later which is a huge pet peeve of ours. They sent them back and said they would cook us fresh ones. We had to wait another 45 minutes and his $26.00 filet was well done which he ordered medium, and my ribeye was medium rare which I ordered medium. We had just traveled 5 hours and was looking forward to a nice dinner, boy were we disappointed.
Popular place! Even at lunch it was busy. Only waited a few mins though. One of the best Longhorns we've been to! Our food was cooked perfectly and arrived hot and delicious at our table. Service was impeccable. Didn't get 5 stars because it's nearly impossible to find and the chairs at the tables are extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a perfect experience!
Before they came to Roanoke, I saw an ad on tv and since they weren't around us and I was going on vacation I planned a stop in Pennsylvania just to try them out. So when I heard they were coming to Roanoke I was more than excited. I loved the food they served at the location in PA and was looking forward the the great taste and quality that they serve.
11/13/17 - Delmonico steak is to big for me.
My husband and I went there in Roanoke, Va last night for his birthday. We called a head 45 min. in advance, needless to say that was a waste of my time. We still waited 50 min. for table. Another customer gave us their spot as they we're waiting when their buzzer went off as they chose to eat at bar. As we were waiting we did notice 4 empty booths that took nearly 20 min. to put customers in them, 5 booths empty that still weren't cleaned off even after we had completed our meal. All together 9 dirty tables, a lobby full of waiting guests and no 1 in any hurry to clean and seat people. I have worked in restaurant business b4 and that's when the manager needs to step up and clean tables. It's not above his job description. Food was good except for the dried up corn on cob. And no singing Happy Birthday to my husband.
