The service staff are slow, but friendly. Seems like there is too few staff for the size of restaurant. Maybe they should keep portions closed when it is not busy?
This place has been a personal FAVE of mine for close to 10 years. The sandwiches are unique, wings are exceptional, and the service is terrific. I've NEVER had a problem that couldn't be handle by the staff. Also as a veteran, the military discount is a huge plus.
No dress code here for the staff? The hostess had on Pink sweat pants- not professional. Waitress was bad. Took forever to get our drinks, take our order. Then she disappeared and never came back. Food was delivered by another person, another waitress brought our check. No one checked to see if we needed more drinks. Food took a long time to get to us and the sandwiches were way overcooked- mine was black on both sides. I would have ordered a new one but didn't have a waitress to ask. Table was covered with black grime and the tables around us were covered with dirty dishes from previous diners. We won't be going back there..
Our server seemed over whelmed. There is a party going on on the second floor...our server isn't serving them she has her own section but she still seems like she can't keep up. Took over 30 mins to get our drinks. Not happy with the service so far. I feel bad for her but she either needs to ask for help or something. This isn't good. If there is a party going on don't go here...go somewhere else. Smh
The chick salad sandwich was the best I ever had! Fabulous flavor. The croissant roll was fresh too which just made the sandwich. I'm not usually going to order chicken salad but our waitress suggested it and I took a shot. Great suggestion! The environment is filled with things to see and talk about with pics and album covers, magazines and artifacts everywhere.
Service was terrible. She took forever to give us the check and wasn't very friendly. Food was very good though.
