This was a last minute move. I called and they were able to accommodate me. Not only were they professional but the price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend and use them again if needed.
I could not have asked for a more pain free moving experience. We had heritage move us from VA to KY and everyone was extremely nice and careful with our belongings. I moved multiple times growing up and this was the first flawless move with no collateral damage. I would highly recommend them.
I would not hire again. I lost a lot of money in damages and the customer service and moving team were unprofessional.
The owner- Mr.Jimmy did a follow up and I explained that an office table broke and ottom hinges came off. He promptly took care of the issues. That's real customer service looking after customers. I used them to move twice in the last 4 years
