My experience with this place was a waist of time and money. I had to hook the trailer up myself. The guy that was training the new hire had no idea how to hook up the trailer. Myself and the new hire strapped the U box down and hooked it to my truck myself. I rented a U box from them for three days. I returned the box empty because I knew I was not going to get it filled up fast enough. After returning it I was still charged full price because they say they do not pro rate rentals. This is the same answer corporate told me. This would have been nice to know before I took it. This thing will not allow me to post unless I put a star on it. I wouldn't even give them one star.
