Extremely unprofessional. Anthony Peterson was very obnoxious. Id call him multiple times and he would respond with a text. Sarcastic and rude. Do not use.
Worst moving experience of my life. We had a couch, loveseat, coffee table, end tables, a small chair, Two beds, and 4 dressers and a few boxes. We broke down all of the furniture for them and had everything ready to go. I was told on the phone that there would be two people and they'd be on the ball. He was right, there were two people. Him and his lady friend. He was doing 90% of the moving himself while she complained or played on her phone. It took them two hours JUST to move those few things from the house into the truck. Then it took them 35 minutes to go 4 miles to the house to unload. While they were unloading, she was cussing and screaming at him using very foul language about him texting other women, etc. At the rate this was going, it would have taken them 4 hours to move three rooms.. not including the breakdown or set up of anything. I would not recommend. Very unprofessional, not quick, and seemed to drag their feet to get more money. Never again.
This is my review of someone elses review of me. I know the incident and I did call the police. The mgr of the storage site was new and placed a plastic chain as a barrier about 12 feet in the air and not visible at night. In absence of appropriate signage alerting customers of changes, my truck was at risk of braking the chain. The mgr started yelling at me when I told him I may be stuck. He became irate and I feared escalation so I called the police. I later fwd my complaint to the regional mgr.....he no longer works at that sight. The pregnant customer going through a divorce was not charged for the move......THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE at my expense!
