Completely INCOMPETENT. Have called hours in advance to one day in advance and have NEVER EVER got a cab!!! Dispatcher NEVER courteous enough to let us know that no one available
I called yesterday to pre schedule a cab this morning for 5:00 am. Not only did the cab not show up, I called and the answer I received from the company was that a dispatcher reserved too many people this morning for pick up. Sorry but its not my fault you guys can schedule people for pick up properly. I called yellow cab and they picked me up within 10 minutes. Now that's what you call service
I have used City Cab company every single time I'm in Roanoke. These guys know what takes to run a cab company. I used many other cab companies around Roanoke, I got many disappointment stories from most of them, but never had any issue with City Cab company .their drivers are always on-time, knowledgeable, polite and very friendly. They never let me down when I needed their services, even at very late at night. I definitely give these guys 5 stars.. Highly recommended taxi business in Roanoke .
I used these guys few times , they are always show up on time and the drivers are very knowledgeable and friendly . the fare pricing is good too. I highly recommend this company. I do also recommend their limo services too, their limos are nice , new and very clean at reasonable rate . Ask for Zack , he is my favorite limo chauffeur .
EXTREMELY RUDE PHONE MANNERS. We all have running joke if you need to be anywhere NEVER CALL CITY CAB!!!
