I take the bus to work almost Evey day and it's great for getting there.
Do not take the bus from here....its always breaking down....ive got stuck in tennesee twice taking the bus from roanoke va.....dont do it
It's rite next to the city bus transit.. Very convenient..
Customer service could improve but the fact their is a station here is great. You get right in and get right out. It's nothing fancy. You'll find yourself downtown and if on a layover you can find food.
not an experienced customer service person works there , need to learn a little bit more how to deal with an angry customer and not to escalate a situation from bad to worse.
