As far as the food is concerned:

There was a fly buzzing around, I would assume it was part of the family, since outside temp around 37.

Went for lunch on a Sunday, at noon. Got there about 12:30, place less that half full. Since the order was not done after 30 minutes, we did point to the staff that we expected better service. The manager came and was very nice, while giving an explanation that was obviously not true, that they wanted to have everything together at the same time and our order is next in line. Took another 30 minutes, and the waiter accidentally confessed that they had botched part of the order. I wish the manager admitted to the incompetence and gave a sincere apology.

Truthfully, our expectations were not high, but wow.. Can't wait to come back.

Really enjoyed it, surprised us.

Very disappointed.

Pizza, sandwich and wrap were decent.

Our son did not like the steak, I took it home, refrigerated right away then later discovered that had a rotten taste.

Kids enjoyed boneless wings(the only thing served promptly, other than drinks)

I've never been here just for dinner but I came here as part of a company holiday dinner. We arrived at roughly 6 that evening and we all were there about 6:30. They didn't take our appraiser order until nearly 7 and the appitisers didn't come out till 7:30, but they all seemed cooked well but on the small side. Dinner was served nearly an hour later, which was bland, freezer burnt, tiny and expensive. Do not get anything with shrimp as they are often med sized and not "jumbo" and they will be freezer burnt and taste like a hotel stairway. The room we were served in was right off the bar with no way to fully separate us from the loud talking and music of the bar.

Went for a company holiday dinner this past weekend. We were seated in a side room off the bar area. Nice sized room decent atmosphere but the room could not be closed off from the loud music and talking from the bar. It took over an hour for our waiter to take our appetizer orders and another 30-40 minutes to receive them. We had the tuna and it was delicious but rather small even for an app. It took another 30 min to get our food order. The plating was nice but I have never seen a restaurant serve corn and lima beans as 'seasonal mixed vegetables '. I had ordered the diver scallops which came with tiger shrimp and lump crab meat over grits with asparagus on the side in a butter sauce. First let me say that the asparagus was very large and most defiantly boiled. It did have a nice crunch but no real flavor. The scallops were over cooked and burnt (only two come on this dish) and the shrimp (3 medium sized) tasted of strong freezer burn and were so over cooked they were rubber. The crab meat was decent as were the grits. I did mention to our waiter that the scallops were overcooked and the shrimp freezer burnt. He brought more a short time later. The second set of scallops were cooked well and tasted great but the shrimp were still very freezer burnt. After all this they did not even discount the bill. The fastest service we had all night was when our checks came out. For a $23 dinner I expected a bit more from this restaurant. I will not eat here again.

I dropped $100 on two meals, two beers and an appitiser and I left hungry, broke and upset, not to mention service was slow and scarce. We were in that loud room for two and half hours for just dinner. I'll never eat here again and will never recommend this restaurant.

Not going back

Exceptional place to eat.

Hamburger ordered well done was half burned, half medium. I guess that averages to well done, so I shouldn't complain.

Went for a late lunch on a Saturday. Was not busy and the service was good. Seemed like it took awhile for the food, but we were not in a rush. We both ordered sandwiches. We ordered the Big Gator Cheese steak and the Southern Ham and Brie. They were both okay, but not great. The Big Gator sounds impressive but didn't deliver. The meat was salty for some reason and didn't have a lot of meat. I've had much better for less at other restaurants. The Ham and Brie was interesting, but again not impressive.
