Good Arbys on Brambleton. Stopped by on multiple occasions. Loved the new Deep fried Turkey sandwiches.... Good service usually... however overheard the manager cussing at an employee because they messed up a drive thru order... Note to management.. you shouldn't cuss your employees out in front of customers.. you should discreetly take them to the back, and tell them there... That gave me a little bit of a negative impression of this Arbys.. still one of the best locations in Roanoke though.
Pretty good food I would recommend the loaded Italian sub,but they only accept 2 coupons
The best arbys in town it's alway clean and the workers are amazing. They are alway willing to help, and the night time cook alway gets the food right and good. He is the best cook there. I think his name is kevin. I love going there to eat one of my favorite places to eat.
Good, friendly service in a clean restaurant. Fries are always amazing and sides are delicious. My only wish would be for more care in building sandwiches. My roast beefs are often lopsided and have to be rebuilt to not fall apart.
Economic and employees were very courtious and helpful eating are was very clean and neat.
