I have to say that we were very impressed with the whole staff on our last visit. In the past we have had some very disappointing visits. One year on our anniversary we walked out because of the service. But this visit was very different. All the staff were on top of their game, I witnessed team work and pleasantry between staff and customers. The food was served quickly and fresh. I am happy to see the nice change. Thank you
At Ruby Tuesday, In the past several months, prices have gone up several bucks on entrees. Not surprised, but little disappointed.....salad bar is not included as a side any longer, cost extra. NEW salad bar looks the same to me. In addition, their biscuits are no longer served with dinner. The meals we ordered were very good and service was good. It was not crowded.
