We were traveling from Maryland to Oklahoma when our truck started having issues. We called ahead to Berglund Chrysler to tell them we were 30 minutes out and would they have time to look at our truck. They said come on in. We came in, they diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road in 2 hours. I can't say thank you enough. Everyone was so kind and helpful. If you ever have need great service - go here!
I've been very pleased with every single interaction with the employees there. I've received personal service of my vehicle. Adam is great in his job as a service advisor.
Excellent Excellent experience! My husband and I stopped in one afternoon looking for a specific vehicle. I thought it was going to be extremely stressful with getting a new car and trading my old one in. From the moment we pulled on the lot, one of the sales guys, Patrick Rock, helped me find the car for me, he also helped me with trading my old one in, and helped us through the entire process until everything was done and we were satisfied. It was not stressful AT ALL and i am so grateful we had Patrick help us with our questions and concerns ! I highly recommend going to see him when your ready to find your next car. My only complaint is that the waiting area, although very well stocked with snacks and drinks, a variety of magazines and a large screen TV, the chairs are in need of replacement. Most of the seats are worn out. It's not too bad waiting for service if you are in a comfortable sitting area.
Overall, a wonderful facility with caring and skilled employees!

Very disappointed in service. My truck was towed in a week ago today, Understanding Wednesday was a holiday. Truck won't start after issues with batteries losing charge. A week later, it's still not fixed. And I'm now being told 3 power modules are bad. Expenses are escalating after tech says he's worked on the truck 2 days straight and now another part is needed. Very disappointed after requesting to talk to the technical mechanic instead of the service contact to find out no one has told him the entire story related to the issues and work that has already been done. I even spoke to the service manager this morning and apparently the message was not relayed.
I've been using Berglund Chrysler for service for the 2014 Avalon which we purchased from them. The car came with a new car warranty from Toyota but after that ran out we switched to Berglund with the extended warranty we purchased from them at the time of our purchase.
This morning I was on my way to Tennessee from Virginia when our Chrysler 300 started having some engine issues around Roanoke, VA. I am so lucky and thankful that I found Berglund Chrysler online. The general manager, Walt Frazier, was phenomenal and I can't thank him enough for all he did for us today. I was visibly shaken and worried but Walt ensured us he would do everything he could to get us back on the road asap (and he did!). They immediately took our car in and looked at it. Luckily, the issue was fairly minor and they had all the parts in stock. Walt kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process and we were in and out in less than 3 hours.
Otherwise I give Berglund top marks.
