I saw a Trailblazer on their online inventory that interested me, so I called and was told it was at their Orange Avenue location. When I arrived, I was told it was actually at their other location, so I drove over there. Upon arrival, the dealer there told me it was at the first location, at which point I politely but sincerely asked if they were playing some kind of game. He then told me it was at a shop on Williamson getting brake lights repaired, so I drove all the way over there. When I arrived, the mechanics told me the dealer knew they'd have to be with me if I wanted to look at the vehicle, so since I was unaccompanied I couldn't check it out. I'm not sure what kind of weird games the staff at Blue Ridge Auto Sales are into, but I had cash in hand ready to buy that SUV. Ended up buying a wonderful little RAV4 from another dealer that afternoon, so all's well that ends well.
The staff was very helpful! What they advertised on Craigslist and their web site was accurate. We purchased a used Mercedes with no pressure from the staff and the check process was quick and easy. Bought a 2006 Mercedes from blue ridge. Was told I had 10 days to decide if I liked it. Took to my mechanic and it has 3 pages of problems. Not only did Mark the manager tell me and my wife he drove it from Richmond but also said the car had NO PROBLEMS. Then he charge me 30% percent to return it. Horrible business... Do not buy a car from this lot or the one the have 3 miles down the road. Worst mistake I've made in along time!!!!!!!!!!!!

They didn't have a lot of room to park. The Card wère everywhere. It's always have too many vehicles. So I sRay in my car and look quickly, then leave.
