I will NEVER order flowers from this place ever again!!! They didn't take down the address right, didn't deliver the flowers on Valentines Day, and they promised to deliver even more special flowers because of their mistake and deliver them at 8 am on 2/15, and they didn't!!! WE had to call them to get the flowers delivered, and when they delivered them there were NO mini roses in the arrangement, and the arrangement was CRAPPY, just cheap carnations and what appears to be OLD FLOWERS. There was nothing special about these flowers. You can't depend on Baskets and Bouquets to get your flowers there when promised, and not depend on them to deliver the type of flower that you want and pay high-dollar for!!!!!
The customer service I received from Mary was wonderful. Because I don't live in Roanoke I didn't have any knowledge of floral shops. The price was perfect and Mary even delivered it. I would recommend this florist and will shop there again.

Received a delivery receipt three days after the paid for delivery date. Called to confirm and the woman with whom I spoke was of zero help as "I have a pile of papers here". Never again
