Thankfully, they called me and I told them where to bring them. They were delivered to me over an hour later, and I was told the delivery girl was complaining that she'd called me so many times and was just going to leave them for me to find later. Shortly later, she called me for the 2nd time for the day and told me she left my flowers with security.
He updated the delivery address early the next day, as I was back at work and not sitting at home again, and they still tried to deliver them to my apt instead of my work.
I didn't order from them, I just received flowers. The gentleman that delivered it was super sweet, and while he did forget my chocolates, he was ready to bring them over on his next round of deliveries.
My boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered same day for my birthday, and the were not delivered as agreed. He was told the delivery would be completed the next day instead AFTER waiting all day for them to arrive, kinda ruining the whole flowers on my birthday experience.
The arrangement is beautiful and the note from my boyfriend was received, which is why there's a bright spot in this at all. But man! What a mess!

I have chosen Blumen Haus-Dove as my "preferred florist" twice when ordering through the Teleflora site. I'm so glad that I did! I had been using George's and was so disappointed when the recipient sent a picture (even after paying for an "upgraded" bouquet). Dove's never cuts corners and delivers the most beautiful bouquets in town!
We will definitely use a different florist next time.
I was helping my sister order flowers for her husband's funeral and called George's florist and received no sympathy in regards to the loss of our loved one. Very cold!
