We were beyond pleased with Mark and his team as they served my sister for her wedding in July.. They were great at taking pictures my sister liked and making them a reality for her wedding. Mark demonstrated amazing customer service with each phone call and email where I asked to add or change something to our order. With many years of experience and expertise in the floral industry Mark provided excellent input, yet was not at all pushy with his opinion. If we didn't live in Texas, we would use Cuts Creative Florist all the time.
Wow! I ordered these late at night after finding out one of my best friends just got out of the hospital Less than 24 hours later(barely more than 12) they were in her hands! She sent me a pictures and they are lovely! She's thrilled and feeling loved. They were very reasonable in price and look beautiful.
Cuts Creative Florist is the only florist that I use. I have been using this florist for the past 10 years. The customer service is above and beyond that I have ever experienced with a florist! I have been extremely pleased with every arrangement that Mark as created! We all know that unexpected deaths occur and on Holidays as well. Mark has always been there to help me out whether it was a Holiday or not! He will, and does, create anything that you request. The pricing isn't through the roof either, very affordable! Mark was so helpful I called in to get a flower arrangement for my parents for the anniversary I had no idea what I wanted, all I did was give Mark my budget and he made the most beautiful floral arrangement to send to my parents. I was expecting something small for my budget that I gave him but it was beautiful I did not expect anything that size and pretty. Thank you!
