Had the pleasure of getting a WOD in here while on vacation and cannot say enough about the staff and community! Jess is a phenomenal coach and the community made me feel right at home. Whether you are on the road or live in the area get in here and Get At It!
Big Lick has such a welcoming community and this is one of the many reasons I love it. The owners, coaches, and athletes are all extremely positive and encouraging. The equipment is in great condition and the box is nice, big, and clean. Wouldn't want to workout anywhere else!

Big Lick Crossfit is the best box I have been to! Traci and staff are knowlegeable and experienced. Going there is like you're part of a family, everyone is so welcoming. There is no better place to work out!
While the facility and space are great, it is the folks that make this place special! I have personally seen people stay after class to cheer on other members, coaches stay late to offer technique advice .... And you could tell it was not a burden to them. Whatever Fitness level you're at they can take you to the next level. Plus, it's just darn fun!!!!
