This is the best gym in Roanoke. They have everything you need to stay or to get to your very best! Pool, basketball gym steam room, and sauna.
Really nice facilities and new equipment. But I'm rating 2 star's and shouldn't really give it that jus because how nasty it was. Walked into mens health center locker room and was disgusted I couldn't even take my shoes off. VERY NASTY PLACE
This is one of the prettiest gyms I've ever been to. There's a pool, basketball courts, free weights and lots of classes you can attend. The staff at the front desks aren't great, but that's not why you go there.
I love this gym. I like that it has a family oriented attitude. It has a nice lap pool. It is clean, the track is nice, and it's never really over crowded whenever I go, but that's usually before post work rushes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy going here out of all the gyms I've been to. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
