The gym manager never spends any time in the weight room or they would notice how unkempt and disheveled everything is.
Their automated system took money out of my account after I already paid the monthly due. I had to pay the overdraft fee, even though it wasn't my fault. Can't get someone who can help me to return my call. Really wish I hadn't done this. How can I find out EXACTLY what it takes to cancel, after paying for Gold's mistake, I have no desire to go back. Distinctaly remember being told that there was some type of opt out after 6 months, as well
Do not sign a contract here. They will say and do whatever they need to try and keep you in your contract. If you do, please read the contract THOROUGHLY before signing and/or have things explained if you are unsure. It took me weeks to get out of a contract, even after fulfilling the requirements of it.
Great place to workout. Friendly staff. Some of the equipment is a bit dated but overall it has plenty of equipment for those who aren't into free weights and those that are.
I know of several people that have had issues here with the same thing. I do not recommend anyone go here. I called and left messages, no one would contact me back as promised. Save yourself the headache.
They are always nice and always there when I need them....it's the best gym I've been too, if you haven't been there already then I suggest that you do go and join now!!
