I have been going to Arzu for years customer service was excellent. Came in today to get jewelry and asked questions about the look of my jewlery they cleaned. The lady worker proceeded to ask me where I brought my jewelry (Because it was knock off), how offensive. I explained I know about my jewelry and if I needed the opinion of a jeweler Id ask.
Did business with these folks yesterday. Found them to be fair and honest.
Next the owner yells at me and tells me how my jewelry had been there 3 months. Hes not a storage unit and he called 3xs. I showed him where the worker called 1x and left 1 messgae and explained my hardship. He asked that I not come back, and suggested I not pay for the jewelry. I tried to offer the money and the lady drclined as well. I came to pick up jewelry and purchase my child some earrings. What a JERK! He's no way understanding, honest or loyal to his customers.
