My complaint is, why wasn't I offered this option to begin with. I was told that it is a 1 year warranty and that was it. When in fact it a longer warranty period. Yes, maybe not with Finks but with the manufacturer. Why wasn't I informed. The person that helped me should have taken my concern more appreciatively , done a little research and really helped me out. After all, I did buy a watch from them. But no, I was told all the negative things to persuade me from further pursuing resolution through the dealer that I made the purchase from.
Awesome place, this is where my next watch will come from.
I enjoy the Pandora brand, but will NEVER buy another product from the Valley View Pandora. This location will either need to find new management or will most likely go out of business like so many other stores without a clew.
Bought my wife a ring at Pandora for Christmas. The ring ended up being one size too small, so we went back to get a larger size. My wife went back by herself and upon getting to the Valley View location, was told she had to wait outside and put her name on a list (first bad idea by store management). After waiting 20 minutes she was told her ring was not in stock, which is understandable. She was then told it would take 8 weeks for a larger size ring to arrive. Would Pandora seriously have a backorder on what was listed as a common stock item for them? (Second bad idea) My wife then looked for another style and when she found it, was told she had to pay for that ring up front (Third bad idea). After paying for that ring, she asked to return the original but was she then had to wait for a separate "designer" for an additional 20 minutes because she walked to the register for the return. Problem here is that the person working the register was another one of their "designers" and they had to help whoever had their name next on the list. So after buying the new ring, it was store policy to put my wife's name back on the list and start the process over (fourth bad idea). My wife called me to tell me this, as I was in a separate part of the mall. I had enough time to walk to the store, try to enter only to have the lady at the door tell me I had to put my name on a list to enter. (fifth bad idea and final straw) I obviously blew past her and told my wife she didn't need to deal with such insulting service.
Thankfully, I got a better job offer at $17.50 than this entitled hole
Bought a watch from here. Paid $ 600.. plus for it. Figured I was going to splurge on a watch that would last a long time. Purchased it in August 2015, exactly 2 years ago. This watch was originally $1400.00 but was on clearance when I bought it. Recently watch started losing time. Had battery changed for a charge of $ 40.00. When I inquired about the cost of the battery charge, I was told that its a premium watch and not the normal battery change. So i figured price you pay for getting an expensive watch. After a couple of days, I notice that my watch started losing a few minutes a day in time. I would adjust it but 3 or 4 days later I would find that it had lost 10 minutes of time. So I took it back and asked them to recheck the battery that I paid $ 40.00 for. Battery was checked and I was told it is a perfectly good battery. They could not offer me an explanation of why it would be losing time. So i asked them if they could fix it under warranty. They stated that the warranty on the watch expired after 1 year. So a $1400 watch, they only have faith in it for 12 months. I was told that nothing could be done for me and that they are not authorized to work on the watch. They offered no options and basically told me I was on my own. I left very disappointed. But i was more disappointed in myself because I knew that I would not spend that much on a watch that only offered a 1 year warranty. So i called the manufacturer of the watch. they stated to me that there is in fact a 5 year warranty on the watch and that all I had to do is take it back to the dealer that I purchased from and that they would contact the manufacturer and arrange for the repair and return of the watch. So i called Finks back, and guess what, it is correct.
The staff here is just plain awful. They are like a bunch of vultures flocked together in the center of the store and stare everyone down. Extremely rude, racist old vultures.
