This shop has always provided great customer service and a beautiful selection of jewelry. Recently, I had to go in and get some jewelry repaired and they were quick to help me out and ensure that they would take care of the problem. Only place I trust with my jewelry.
The staff at Jewells are remarkable. Paul did an amazing job creating our wedding bands. They are without a doubt the best in town!!!! Thank you Katherine and staff for all your help to make our wedding day even more special by allowing us our own special touch in the design process.
They did a fabulous job resetting my engagement ring and resizing my finances wedding band. Recently we went in with a loose stone and they made the perfect necklace with it. They took great detail in making sure it would lay correctly and nailed it in regards to the length. Katherine and her employees are always so friendly and personable. I wouldn't go to anyone else in Roanoke.
I highly recommend Jewells! My fiance and I were searching for the perfect engagement ring. The salespeople helped us look at samples and catalogs, but the design I liked best was from a picture on pinterest. The owner had the ring custom made for me, and it is gorgeous! It turned out even better than the inspiration picture! All of the salespeople are very friendly and have even given me great suggestions for wedding vendors to use. This is my favorite jewelry store!
AWFUL PEOPLE! SNOBBY TO THE NINES!! I'll never step a foot in that store again! Tried to rip me off only wanted to give me $150 for my 4 (FOUR) pieces of David Yurman Sterling and 18k jewelry!
