Used to like this place as it seemed like a good Vet.
I don't like they have exam rooms that you wait in and they take your pet somewhere else and don't let you see what is going on.
I was able to get a coupon online for a first free exam visit and got an appointment that same day. The receptionists were very kind and answered all the questions i had. Very convinient pricing and they even offer packages for a whole year. I would encourage anyone i know to take their pet here
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Staley. My guinea pig was treated well and they were kind enough to show me how to cut his nails, which was a big help! I'll definitely return for regular visits in the future :)

Took my dog in for a cough. They treated him quickly and accurately. They knew I was nervous and were genuinely kind to me and made me feel extremely welcome. I will take every animal I have there for as long as I live in the area. If you're looking for a new vet, you can only do worse by not choosing VCA Valley Animal Hospital.
