Terrible customer service. Had a question about the billing and cost, treated horribly and talked to very condescending. Will never do business with them again. The manager, Mike is the worst.
My family have dealt with many rental car companies for business and/or personal travel and I would say that Avis Car Rental have earned the Five Star approval rating in Customer Service, Pick-up and Drop-off service, Rental Rates but above all the level of professionalism. In today society Good Customer Service with professionalism is a thing of the pass. I have worked in the Banking Industry for over 20 years and now with the Government believe me I know that Customer Service and Professionalism deals with “attitude” from a person and from a company that promotes nothing less. Avis I would give you ten stars if I could. Thank you for making my Family Vacation a success in the traveling category.

The staff at Avis always greet me with a smile and have my rental ready to go. Drop off is just as great having me on my way in most instances within 5 minutes or less. The cars they supply are in good condition and reliable. Thanks for consistently providing great service!
Horrible experience.. Lied to and forced to get insurance I didn't need. Service attendant was late for work and then left 20 minutes later for breakfast. Car started with only half tank of fuel but was charged for full tank and the windshield was filthy on the inside with a wax film over it that took an hour to rub off. When I asked for a print out of terms and conditions no one would provide me with one and then tried to tell me they were a seperate AVIS from AVIS and they were the only ones who asked for insurance documents showing coverage at the time of pick up of the car. I will NEVER use AVIS again and recommend you steer clear as well. Horrible , dirty , rude , cheating, lying franchise at Roanoke Regional Airport.
