Jake waited for our flight to get in after 1 AM so we could pick up our car. Our flight was two hours late! He was very helpful and really went out of his way for us.
Rented a vehicle for half a day and changed the drop off location on the same day. The drop off location was never entered into the system, Dollar did not locate the vehicle, and I was charged for having the vehicle for 29 days. The mileage on my receipt says I drove a total of 2,800 miles during my 5 hour rental. I am still trying to get this issue resolved and could not get this escalated to management. I will no longer be renting with this company.
