I've had a scheduled appointment for a month now & I've been waiting on my car for over an hour now. And still NOBODY IS HERE. We've called them three times and they let us know someone is on the way. Google maps state it's a 7 minute drive from them to us at the shop & they have now been on the way for about 45 minutes. Would NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
I reserved a car three times online and got an e-mail that my reservation was confirmed. Three days in a row they called to tell me they have no cars available after confirming with me via E-mail. One of the days, they called me 30 mins before the time of pick up. When I called to complain, the gentleman told me he would have someone contact me, but no one did. When I went into the office, I told the lady that something should be done regarding this( if they have no cars, there should be a way for us to know when we reserve the vehicles) she said her managers told her that they have to keep doing it the way they have been. I guess our needs are secondary. Not good at all.

Polite. Efficient. Good value. It did seem that the location may have been understaffed for the level of business. However, each of the employees I dealt with focused on my activities when it came my turn and was very calm in handling a room full of waiting customers.
I especially appreciated the good BISINESSES relationship between Enterprise and the body shop (cave Spring Body Shop) which was making major repairs and my insurance company, State Farm. Together they made what could have been an administrative nightmare into a personal commitment on my part to do and encourage continued business with these organization's - including Enterprise as a Star Service Provider.
The rental process was easy, although the agent was really too pushy about getting extra coverage for the vehicle. When I got in it it really smelled like smoke. I asked for another car and was accomodated. The smell was still there..but more bearable.
BTW - my rental car was spotless and in great running condition. Not a small detail which deserves high marks as well.
The staff members that helped me when i picked up the car and turned in the car were helpful and courteous. They had no problem taking extra time to answer my questions. And the car itself was a dream.
