Room was nice, but check the towels before using to make sure they are clean.
Breakfast was tasty and filling and they offer a free Grab & Go" snack pack that was helpful while travelling.
The rooms are clean and are very affordable when compared to other hotels in the area. Would highly recommend it.
Easy access from highway. Loads of places to eat and shop if needed. Lovely hotel in an area where there are several hotels to choose from. Staff is friendly and polite. An enjoyable stay.

Pool room was hot but the pool was cold.
Didn't feel like they should be a Best Western "Plus". Not quite sure they are up to that standard, but the rates were reasonable and the beds were nice.
It's obviously been refurbished because there weren't signs on the building, so my frustration didn't last past checking in. The hotel is really nice, had a pretty good breakfast and a great staff. It is centrally located with a shuttle, should you need one. One note though; the address needs to be accurate for Valley View boulevard NW. You will get close with Valley View but will take you to the nearby mall.
