Great furniture sales if you are willing to walk around and look.
I went looking for an apartment sized L shaped sectional. I didn't find it but I did come across some Paula Dean collections that I liked. I didn't make a purchase because the furniture was not wrapped and is sold as-is (stains and all). Come to find out the pieces are former showroom that have been retired or they are discontinued collections/brands or they are returns from customers. Since they don't know what is coming in from day to day, they can't tell you if they will have more or better. So u have to keep returning to see if they had what u are looking for. #Bummer
We had a great experience! Susan Walters was incredible. Helpful, knowledgeable and fun. She was there when we needed her and gave us space when we didn't. The furniture selection was vast. We're very pleased with the quality of what we bought and the prices were the lowest we've seen.
Huge warehouse. Lots of furniture but finding exactly what you want is hit or miss depending on what they have in stock. (We missed.) All furniture is sold "as is" so there might be imperfections. Prices were kind of high for a warehouse outlet.
Have you ever went to a car dealership and been hassled by a car salesperson? No difference here. Pay very close attention to what you buy cause once it leaves the doors they don't take it back.
